I have had the opportunity to use Harbin's on a few cars (unfortunately! ha ha) BUT they are my FIRST choice (over ANY dealership!) for quality repairs that rarely require any follow up! They are a little slow BUT VERY thorough! Have never been unhappy with what I have had worked on with them!
